That was the first thought that came on Jens’s mind when he saw two people in the Auditorium with fish masks and flippers on their feet. And of course, his fear became reality as Jill and Kilian were going to be his parents for the time being, but they turned out to be less crazy than their gear suggested. And what is the favorite energizer of these 'Swimming Unicorns'? Purple soup of course.
To start with the latter, that’s obviously not a real drink. The group, consisting of students of Sustainable Energy and Psychology and Technology, explains: "In the city we met a group of which everyone was running around calling: purple soup, purple soup. There are also some internationals in the group. Finley is from London and has opted for the Brexit to make the switch to the mainland. Switching from trendy, bustling London to the somewhat more softly bubbling Eindhoven, isn’t that a huge contrast? Finley has no problem with it. How about the name then, 'Swimming Unicorns', how did you come up with that? It turns out to be easy to explain. Jill wore a swimming cap with a unicorn on it and that combined with the flippers soon led to this already legendary group name.
