Free new coffee available for next two weeks
From April 4th through 15th, TU/e employees and students can get used to the Segafredo coffee that will be served by the new dispensers provided by the Maas International Group as of May 1st. A new dispenser will be trialed at the Energy Forum in MetaForum and free drinks will be available from it every day between 10.00 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Maas, the supplier, came up with the idea of letting people try the new Segafredo-brand coffee beans free of charge in the month before they replace all TU/e's hot drinks dispensers. From May 1st the university will have dispensers that freshly grind the beans. While this will add five seconds to the wait (30 seconds), the price will remain 45 eurocents and quality is expected to improve.
Anyone who gets a coffee from the trial dispenser will do well to look at the underside of the cup when they are done. If they see a picture printed there, the cup can be exchanged at the Studentshop for a goodie bag courtesy of Maas.
