Both Indians and other nationalities came to celebrate Diwali. There was a dinner with dance and music. The event was organized by Indian TU/e students, Tint, and the Cosmos student association. Tint event planner Heather Donaldson loved the intrinsic party last Saturday. “There wasn’t any show element. Two-thirds of the visitors were of Indian descent and wore traditional Diwali clothing. They were really celebrating their own holiday.”
